This receipt is very simple and you need only a few minutes.
Ingredients for one portion:
- 150 gr. salmon slice
- pinch of salt,
- 1 teaspoons minced almond,
- 2 lemon slice,
for serving
- 100 gr. lettuce leaf
- One Corn
Directions:
Make the salmon slices.
Sprinkle salmon with salt. Dredge salmon in minced almond mixture, shaking off excess. Press side of salmon into almond mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Arrange salmon, lemon and parsley side up, on baking sheet. Bake in oven 25 minutes on 200c.
Serve with potatoes and boiled corn and salad.

Cut potatoes add salt, olive oil, season spice I used oregano and basil. And bake in oven or in air fryer for 30 minutes, I use airfryer this is mine favourite kitchen appliances.
Serve hot with potatoes and boiled corn.
