Breakfast between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
200 gr. polenta with 90 gr. low-fat cheese. Recipe at link
Fruit meal I between 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
150 gr. Fruits
Lunch between 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
200 ml. soup
200 gr. Baked sea bass with lemon caper dressing and 250 gr. salad and 150 gr. potato salad. Recipe at link
Dinner between 5 p.m.- 6 p.m.
300 gr. Greek salad with feta cheese. I prepare this salad with 100 gr. Chopped tomato, 150 gr. Chopped cucumber, 50 gr. cut on slice pepper, olives add 40 gr. Feta cheese or other low-fat cheese and 40 gr. whole wheat breads.
Meal before sleeping between 8 p.m.- 9 p.m.
