Ingredients:
- 100 gr. cooked/baked or grilled fish,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seed,
- 1 tablespoons olive oil,
- pinch of sea salt, black pepper,
- 1 small bunch parsley,
- 4 tablespoon low-fat yogurt,
Method
Put all ingredients in the food processor/electric chopper. Mix well and chill. It’s best served after being refrigerated overnight, so plan ahead if you want to serve it at a party. For this recipe, you can use any fish you like. Try catfish, salmon, mullet, mackerel, or whatever you have. You really cannot go wrong with any choice you make.
