Loose weight is a long trip but that is possible. I want to share my lifestyle with you, how I lost weight and help you with this problems.
Before starting proceed of losing weight do this tasks.
- Have realistic expectations.This is not easy, you will have days when you will be motivate and days when you will˘t be motivated but that is normal situations.
- Focus on process goals. Stay on this path, If you miss on day, do not worry, back on healthy diet next day.
- Super trick, put on your fridge the sticker with motivate sentences or some good pictures.
- Celebrate your successes,celebrates each kilogram you lose, enjoy in that celebrations.
- Do not buy new clothes, for me it was discouraging to buy bigger sizes. I tried the clothes every week , which I wore before my mother days.
- Choose music that will motivate you during exercise.
These simple meals are designed to help you, not only to lose weight but also to feel satisfied and energized in period of losing weight. Everything is easy to prepare. I hope you will enjoy. So let`s start.
Breakfast between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
One sandwich with ham recipe ( 60 gr. whole wheat breads and 20 gr. beef ham) with salad, and 200 ml. yogurt or milk
Fruit meal I between 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
150 gr. fruit
Lunch between 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.

200gr. Dish with eggplants (aubergine), boiled rise and 250gr. salad. Recipe on link.
Dinner between 5 p.m.- 6 p.m.
140gr. Tuna salad with 40 gr. whole wheat breads. Recipe on link.
Meal before sleeping between 8 p.m.- 9 p.m.
200 gr. Fruits
