- 300 gr. beef cut into small cubes
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 carrot cut into small cubes
- 1 parsley root cut into small cubes
- 1 parsnip root cut into small cubes
- ½ celery root cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1 ½ l water
- sea salt, black pepper, 3 pieces of bay leaf
- 1/2 lemon, chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Put olive oil in a large pot and cook onion, covered for about 15 minutes or until very soft and golden. Add all ingredients except wheat flour. Cook about 1hour, add wheat flour with little water. Mix well. Cook 20 minutes more.
Serve with lemon juice and parsley.
