So healthy and so delicious meal, very easy for prepare at home. And of course very practical to take to work. Prepare this, and this will be your favourite healthy meal.
Ingredients
- One can white meat tuna packed in water, drained
- 200g. lettuce
- 100g. chopped tomatoes
- 20g. chopped red onion (optional)
- 40g. toasted bread cubes
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 teaspoon light sour cream or Greek yogurt
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt, black pepper per taste
Directions
In a bowl mix all ingredient for dressing, add onion, let it for 5 minutes then add lettuce, tomatoes, bread cubes and tuna with a fork. Mix well.
