These simple meals plan are designed to help you, not only to lose weight but also to feel satisfied and energized in period of losing weight. With these meals you don`t need to count kcal, I did it for you. Everything is easy and prepared for you. I hope you will enjoy. So let`s start.
- Breakfast between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
2 piece of super-food protein muffins with fish pate ( the recipe at the link) 200 gr. low-fat yogurt.
- Fruit meal I between 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
150 gr. Fruits
- Lunch between 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
One serving Tortilla with vegetables ( the recipe at the link)
- Dinner between 5 p.m.- 6 p.m.
140gr. Tuna salad with 40gr. whole wheat breads. Recipe on link.
- Meal before sleeping between 8 p.m.- 9 p.m.
200 gr. Fruits
