Ingredients:
- 35 gr. roasted beef
- 2 slice integral bread around 60 gr.
- 100 gr. lettuce leaf
- 100 gr. tomato slice

Recipe For Roast Beef
To prepare this dish you need about 500 grams of beef, sea salt, black pepper, rosemary and mustard.
Season the steak all over with sea salt, black pepper, rosemary and spread on some mustard. Place a large casserole and cover with lid or aluminium foil.
Heat oven to 200°C. Bake one hour then turn the meat over and continue roasting for another hour or until golden brown, or less if you like medium.
