My dear ladies, do you have problems with your overweight after childbirth? Did you solve it and how?

Dear ladies, do you have problems with overweight after childbirth? I want to hear your stories. In my first and second pregnancy I got near 20th kilograms. You can find my post when I was pregnant, and see how I looked like. After first baby that was shock for me and I wondered how to lose weight after baby. That period was very hard to me and I decide to go to a nutritionist.

Thanks God, those days are behind me. With these super healthy diet most importantly that I lost weight twice and I got back on my weight before pregnancy. Now I want to help you to get through those difficult days.

How to stay motivated while lose weight after baby

Loose weight is a long trip but that is possible, because of that, I share my lifestyle with you, how I lost weight and help you with this problems.

My work is optimistic and dedicated to help you become the person you want to be most. To live life which you have always dreamed of. I want to share my ideas how I motived myself, recipes and diet-menu that will help you on this roadshow.

Before starting proceed of losing weight do this tasks.

  1. Have realistic expectations, you will have days when you will be motivate and days when you will˘t be motivated but that is normal situations.
  2. Focus on process goals. Stay on this path, if you miss on day, don`t worry, back on healthy diet next day.
  3. Super trick, put on your fridge the sticker with motivate sentences or some good pictures.
  4. Celebrate your successes,celebrates each kilogram you lose, enjoy in that celebrations.
  5. Do not buy new clothes, for me it was discouraging to buy bigger sizes. Every week I tried the clothes, which I wore before my mother days.
  6. Choose music that will motivate you during exercise.

How to start to lose weight after baby

First of all you have to change your lifestyle

  • reduce your meals,
  • start to cook healthy food,
  • avoid bakery, snacks, sweets,
  • eat a lot of fruit, vegetables.

Start exercising at home or at the gym depending​ on your free time. Like other moms I did not have time for a gym, so I started to exercising at home when my baby was sleeping.

Every day my exercise start with yoga stretching for about 15 minutes. After that I start workout for legs, back, core, in one word, the whole body.

Begin this lifestyle, and forget overweight days, because you will never have problems with your weight again. Your overweight will be behind you, because you will have new balanced meals. Moreover, the main reason of your overweight problems is non balanced meals. When you solve it, you will find a ‘new you’.

Meals and Meal Times

SUPER trick for you, eat at the same time every day

  • Perfect time for breakfast is between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m in the morning
  • 1st. fruits meal between 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
  • Lunch between 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
  • Dinner between 5 p.m.- 6 p.m. and
  • Last fruits meal around 2 hours before sleeping or between 8 p.m.- 9 p.m.

Now super news are sweets, yes you can eat sweets but a certain amount around 500 kcal per week (that will be 100 gr. chocolate, or 2 ice creams or one nice piece of cake …).
