Ingredients:
- 5 gr. unsalted butter
- 1 small onion
- 200 gr. minced beef
- 500 gr. spinach
- 1 egg
- 200 ml. milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Procedure
Melt butter in a large saucepan and cook onion, covered for about 10 minutes or until very soft and golden. Add minced beef . Season with salt and pepper, and let simmer 10-20 minutes until the flavours combine. Meanwhile heat a grill pan or frying pan to medium-high heat.
Cook the spinach and cold.
In another small pot prepare milk dressing, whisk 1 egg and add the milk. Brush a glass baking dish with olive oil. Spread half of boiled spinach on the bottom of the dish, followed by all the meat sauce, and top with the boiled spinach. Pour over the milk dressing. And bake 60 minutes until golden on top. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with low-fat yogurt, bread and salad per taste.
