Tortilla with chicken and lettuce, so delicious and tasty dish.
Ingredients:
- 100g. lettuce leaf
- 150g. grilled chicken breast
- 1 corn tortilla
- 50g. chopped tomatoes
- 50g. chopped cucumber
- 1 teaspoon light sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
Season the chicken breast all over with sea salt, black pepper, and thyme. Heat the grill or pan on a high heat. Once screaming hot, drizzle the chicken breast with a little olive oil, then put it into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove to a plate, rest for 1 minute, then slice 1-2cm thick.
Spread sour cream over tortillas, top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and chicken. Fold two outside edges over filling, roll up burrito-style.
