Ingredients
- 200g. lettuce
- 200g. chicken breast grilled as on picture
- 40g. toasted bread cubes
- 30g. chopped tomatoes on dice
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and add the dressing. Season to taste. Mix well.
Dressing
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise (optional)
- ½ tablespoon parmesan
- 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt,
- 5 teaspoon low-fat yogurt
Mix well. Add to salad. Enjoy in taste.
