Breakfast between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
4 spoons of outs add 200 ml. yogurt or milk you can add 50 gr. fruit this lovely morning I picked up strawberries and banana.(the recipe at the link)
Fruit meal I between 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
150 gr. fruit
Lunch between 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
250 gr. Spinach Moussaka (the recipe at the link)
250 gr. Salad, 40 gr. integral bread, optional 200 gr. low-fat yogurt.
Dinner between 5 p.m.- 6 p.m.
2 boiled eggs with 40 g. whole wheat breads and 200 gr. salad per wish. (I prepared cucumber with olive oil, vinegar and salt per taste)
Meal before sleeping between 8 p.m.- 9 p.m.
200 gr. Fruits
