Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoon cornmeal,
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour,
- pinch of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder,
- 1 cup of light yogurt,
- ½ cup of milk,
- ½ cup olive oil,
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten,
- 80 gr. lightly feta cheese or other lightly cheese,
Method
In a large bowl, mix together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, yogurt, milk, and olive oil. Pour this mixture into the cornmeal mixture and fold together until there are no dry spots. Add crumbled feta cheese. Mix well. Place the mixture in a baking plate, and bake in oven 50 minutes on 200°C.
