60 gr. or 2 small piece of bread with fish pate (if you want to prepare by self recipe you can find here), 60 gr. low-fat cheese and 50 gr. cherry tomato.
Fruit meal I between 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
150 gr. Fruits per wish
Lunch between 1 p.m.- 2 p.m.
150 gr. baked salmon (the recipe at the link)
150 gr. salad, one boiled corn as on pictures
Second option instead previously version of lunch, you can eat
150 gr. salmon with 200 gr. roasted potatoes and 100 gr. boiled corn as on picture, and 150 gr. salad.
Dinner between 5 p.m.- 6 p.m.
300 gr. Greek salad with feta cheese. This easy salad I prepare with 100 gr. chopped tomato or cherry, 100 gr. chopped cucumber, 50 gr. chopped red pepper, olives, a little olive oil, salt, oregano space, 50 gr. feta cheese or other low-fat cheese and 40 gr. whole wheat breads.
Meal before sleeping between 8 p.m.- 9 p.m.
200 gr. Fruits
