Ingredients
- 35gr. oats
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoons cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 ripe, mashed banana or some other fruits
- 1-1½ cup water or non-dairy milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except banana) in a saucepan. Stir well.
- Bring everything to a boil and stir occasionally to keep things from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Get off the stove.
- Add in your prepared mashed banana
Microwave cooking
If you want to cook the oats in a microwave, procedure is the same, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the oats and then continue to microwave for 20-30 second intervals, watching closely, until the oats reach your desired thickness.
