I grabbed my lap top as soon as I came home in order to find recipe and find out more about this miraculous water. It was so simple to prepare, water and few ingredients. It works miracles thanks to ginger and cucumber which are good diuretics, to lemon which is a great antioxidant, and mint which affects your appetite. I’ve put all the ingredients into two liters of water, and then into refrigerator overnight. The other day I’ve drunk it instead of water.
